UPDATE: Mechanical leaf collection has been extended to December 15th. The 2018 Mechanical Leaf Collection will run from November 12th to December 8th. For a full list of streets that will receive this service, please visit here.

Please keep in mind the following points:

  • Only those areas highlighted on the overall and area map will receive the service.

  • To facilitate maximum collection, a day or two prior to the start of scheduled leaf pick-up, leaves should be raked to the edge of, but not onto the travelled portion of the roadway.

  • Leaves should not be placed in ditches or in any way as to obstruct the water flow.

  • No return trips will be made to locations where the start dates have been missed by residents.

  • In the event there is significant snow fall prior to the completion of the program, Road Operations staff will not resume leaf collection, any remaining leaves will have to be bagged for pick-up during regular waste collection days.
