All City of Toronto Services can now be reached by contacting 3-1-1 call centre. Callers can make requests for service with Toronto Water, Transportation, and Solid Waste divisions with one phone call, and receive a tracking number for follow-up.
Calls to the 3-1-1 contact centre are answered by staff 24 hours a day/ seven days a week/ 365 days a year.
