Launching September 24, 2009, Toronto City Hall can be reached by a 3-1-1 contact centre. Callers will be able to make requests for service with Toronto Water, Transportation, and Solid Waste divisions with one phone call, and receive a tracking number for follow-up.

Calls to the 3-1-1 contact centre will be answered by staff 24 hours a day/ seven days a week/ 365 days a year.

To contact 3-1-1 dial 311 from any touchtone phone or email them at 311@toronto.ca.
