Yard waste should always be placed in a large brown paper bag, available at Home Hardware or other local hardware stores. This is especially in important in the winter because waste cannot be collected if it is frozen to the container it is place in.

If it is missed for an unknown reason call 311, inform them of the situation, you'll need to provide them with your name, your address and your phone number. They will then open a folder for you and issue you a service number. The operator will inform you of any specific instructions that may need to be followed and when the request should be completed.

If the request has not been completed in the allotted amount of time please contact my office with the service number at hand and my staff can investigate the matter further.
