Call 311. Inform them of the situation, you'll need to provide them with your name and your address. They'll open a folder and issue you a service number. The operator will inform you of any specific instructions that may need to be followed and when the request should be completed. Be sure to leave your garbage/waste out in a clear and easily accessible area.

If the request has not been completed in the allotted amount of time please contact my office with the service number at hand and my staff can investigate the matter further.
