Often times regular trucks don't have enough room in them to handle excess garbage, so they record your address and will send another truck to come and pick it up. This normally occurs within a few hours of your regular pickup. However, if it's not cleared by 8 p.m. that day, please call 311 and put in a service request.

If the request has not been completed in the allotted amount of time please contact my office with the service number at hand and my staff can investigate the matter further.
