SUMMARY:

Dunpar the applicant has submitted an application for an amendment to the Zoning By law for 51 Lake Shore Drive, to permit development of 7 townhouses on the site. A community meeting has been held in regard to this application. Subsequently the applicant has submitted a revised plan for 6 semi detached homes and one single unit.

Dunpar has appealed the lack of a decision on this application to the Ontario Municipal Board.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

The local community has expressed considerable concerns regarding this application..

1. Community Council direct staff to bring a report on this application and the revised plan to the next meeting of the Etobicoke York Community Council.
